Free Agents and their Fantasy Appeal


As training camp draws ever closer, there are literally hundreds of people anxiously waiting by their phones for a call from an NFL team (in most cases, ANY NFL team) to invite them along to try out, whether through injury to another player or just to encourage competition amongst the squad.

Of this expectant multitude, only a handful will have a chance of actually making the roster, and then but ONLY then do they enter the fantasy radar. With this theme in mind, I take a look at, for my money, the four top free agents, and give my thoughts as to what they could offer YOUR fantasy team… assuming they actually start the season gainfully employed.
